1. What materials are the bags made from?

Our bags are made from high-quality materials such as acrylic, bamboo, Jute and many more. These materials are not only durable but also eco-friendly, allowing you to make a stylish statement while being conscious of the environment.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship out all orders within 1 business day from the time they are placed. The delivery timelines will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: 1 - 2 weeks
  • Express Shipping: 1 - 7 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. This means you can enjoy our stylish bags without any additional shipping costs.

4. Can I return or exchange a bag?

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your bag to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the bag must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you would like to exchange a bag for a different style or color, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at care@bgmates.in within 2 days of receiving your bag. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. What if my bag arrives damaged or defective?

If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either replacing the bag or providing a refund.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and know exactly when to expect your bag.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most locations where Registered Post can deliver. If for some reason your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout.
